To the workshop is with us program; we are restaurant and pleasure workshop at the same time. For all those who like to enjoy, we prepare visibly fresh dishes at lunch, dinner and brunch.

It is a microcosm - the cross - a small world with charisma. Restaurant, bar, hotel, concert venue, seminar room, terrace, banquet hall, cultural venue, music school, kindergarten, maternal and paternal counseling.

The Safran Zunft restaurant has many generations of influential spice traders and grocers, who’ve been meeting up here since the 14th century, to thank for its magnificent rooms. Despite this momentous heritage, the restaurant is not a bit old-fashioned. The cooking is modern and the service is refreshingly friendly.
