The unique beech wood grill in the restaurant makes it possible to prepare meat and fish in the most original form. Nature dictates that this pleasure for the palate is owed musse and time.

To the workshop is with us program; we are restaurant and pleasure workshop at the same time. For all those who like to enjoy, we prepare visibly fresh dishes at lunch, dinner and brunch.

The Safran Zunft restaurant has many generations of influential spice traders and grocers, who’ve been meeting up here since the 14th century, to thank for its magnificent rooms.
