During your visit you can learn all about the production process of our famous Ueli Bier and the history of our brewery, founded around 40 years ago. After your tour you will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal or snack in one of our two restaurants, either in the Antoniterkeller beer cellar or in our beer garden and indulge in a glass or two of our beer made here on the premises. What would Basel be without the Rhine? Four passenger ferries cross the river from one bank to the other, using nothing but a steel cable and the current of the water. The ferrymen’s tradition of telling yarns during the journey has continued to this day.

A hunt for some special Basel treasures awaits you. Equipped with a city map, a list of assignments and a Polaroid camera, you’ll get to experience a side of Basel that only a few know about.
