  • Tour of the Fischerstube brewery

    During your visit you can learn all about the production process of our famous Ueli Bier and the history of our brewery, founded around 40 years ago. After your tour you will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal or snack in one of our two restaurants, either in the Antoniterkeller beer cellar or in our beer garden and indulge in a glass or two of our beer made here on the premises.     The Spalentor is the most imposing of the three city gates that were part of the large city fortifications dating back to the year 1400. Many important supplies entered the city of Basel from Alsace through this gate.
