Marie Robert and her partner, Arnaud Gorse, opened Café Suisse in Bex seven years ago. Marie, who is in charge of the kitchens, proves – with admirable determination and at the age of just 27 – that when it comes to excellence, women can hold their own in the ruthless, largely male-dominated world of gastronomy. With her exclusively female team, she will introduce you to a cuisine full of flavours, colours, creativity and fun, prepared with fresh, seasonal produce.
