The Diemtigtal valley is celebrated for its magnificent rural dwellings, and you can see some of the finest along the marked Diemtigtal House Trail. The details are particularly impressive: intricate carving, delicate paintings and elaborate compositions of form and colour that adorn the wooden façades underneath the massive roofs.

With its gentle hills stretching as far as the Magadino plain, the Bellinzona e Valli region is packed with historical highlights. Discover the magnificent Neuenburger Lake on an attractive tour. Enjoy nature, gentle waves, peace and fine food. With a surface area of 217 km2 the Neuenburger Lake is the largest lake on Swiss territory.

The Lac de Joux lies in a high valley of the same name. It is remarkable in that no surface flows out of it. There is a motorboat service in summer from Le Pont to the other end of the lake.
