Located at the entrance to the Vallée de Joux, the Hôtel des Horlogers was completely renovated in 2022. The 50 rooms and suites overlooking the Risoud forest meet the highest standards of environmentally-friendly tourism. The comfortable furnishings are made from natural materials sourced from the region. The restaurant, designed by chef Emmanuel Renaut, offers a selection of dishes made with seasonal produce selected from local producers.
