Intro
Malts, in addition to water, hops and yeast, are necessary ingredients for beer production. BeerLab and the Malteria Ticinese offer a unique experience trail where you can learn about the entire beer production cycle: from field to bottle.
Within a radius of just a few kilometres we have our own microbrewery, the organic barley producer who turns it into malt, and small hop producers. So we can guarantee an experience which is closely connected to the region and which is respectful of the environment. Indeed, this team-building activity also allows participants to discover other regional gastronomic products from sustainable agriculture and animal husbandry. A unique and unforgettable experience.
