In the heart of the Three Lakes region, near Lake Morat, Château Salavaux is a true haven of peace, where the largest carillon in Europe resounds in the past. The property stands in the middle of 2.5 hectares of greenery and flower gardens where a hundred-year-old magnolia tree stands guard... The Chef of Château Salavaux, Philippe Bouteille, and his team are constantly developing new ideas, always with the aim of surprising you and above all, delighting you. Our concept is entirely based on local and seasonal products and this is why we maintain strong links with our producers. In addition to its 17 unique rooms, the Château Salavaux has a restaurant serving seasonal cuisine, an impressive wine cellar with its own dining room, and a banquet hall ideal for corporate seminars or wedding receptions. Since May 2021, the Château Salavaux has been in the care of a young couple, Neïla and Flavio Benedetto, who, together with their team, are breathing new life into this magnificent establishment.
