Beautifully situated in the medieval town of Gruyeres, the friendly country hotel with views of the city, the castle and Moléson mountain lies at the foot of the Swiss Prealps. And the former retreat from the 50’s still boasts a tranquil and idyllic position. The rooms are rustic and romantically furnished, many with balconies. A brand new spa and fitness facility recently opened at this hotel, to which also belong three restaurants of the Chalet des Gruyères group.

The hotel in a gorgeous setting invites you to warm and rustic charm - and a sunny lounge terrace, to meetings out in the green. Two new facilities add to the previous seminar rooms, along with a 200-m2 large gala hall accommodating up to 150 people in the separate Hostellerie St Georges. Refined cuisine. Diverse excursions to the cheese factory, chocolate museum and castle etc.
