Intro

Come to the Hôtel des Horlogers and discover its vegetable and herb gardens with our Executive Chef or a member of his kitchen team. Explanations, preparation of a dish and tasting.

Following a brief introduction to the Hôtel des Horlogers and its restaurant, we’ll take you through to its vegetable garden where one of the members of the chef’s kitchen team will be waiting for you. We’ll show you all of the fresh produce that we grow ourselves and use as ingredients in our dishes. You’ll also have the chance to explore the herb garden, which zig-zags across the hotel’s grounds. Once we’ve explained everything to you, you’ll have a special opportunity to come into our kitchen, where we’ll teach you a healthy recipe using fresh produce from our vegetable garden. At the end of the workshop, delight your tastebuds by tasting this dish and take the opportunity to chat with the Executive Chef and his team.
