At The Steakhouse, you can choose your favourite cut at the butcher’s counter – from a 600g T-bone steak to traditional sausages or yellowfin tuna steak – and receive advice on special cuts. Right next door, watch the grill master at work, and select the perfect wine from the walk-in wine gallery.

The passion for high-quality ingredients is evident at The Steakhouse, from the meticulous preparation to the careful sourcing. The team collaborates with renowned local butchers to ensure optimal products, including dry-ageing and custom cuts. Only salt and a touch of oil are used to season the meat, grilled to the perfect doneness. A 1.2 kg tomahawk steak might take 40 minutes to prepare, but the wait is pleasantly bridged with a variety of seasonal starters and classics like beef tartare.
