Intro
The gasworks site with its dome covered in graffiti has been a symbol of autonomy and self-determination since the youth movement in the 70s.
The Chessu is a venue where a wide range of art forms, genres, political opinions, etc. are offered a platform. Although musical events are mainly held, theatre, circus, cabaret and poetry also have their place on the stage at the gas boiler. The programme and maintenance at the gas boiler as a venue is organised by the AG Chessu.
