Description

The Teufelhof Basel is a guest and cultural house with a 3-star superior hotel - gallery hotel and art hotel, theatre, restaurant Atelier, restaurant Bel Etage, bar and coffee, brewery and a wine shop. Located in the middle of the old town of Basel, in two merged, historic townhouses from the 18th century, the Teufelhof is a popular meeting place, which combines tradition with an artistic, modern and thus urban ambience. The hotel offers all comforts and is officially classified by the Swiss Hoteliers Association as a Design & Lifestyle, Business and Unique Hotel with excellent cuisine. We offer our guests free and high-performance Wi-Fi, complimentary in-room coffee and water, and other amenities.

Boutique & Design Hotel

The small and tasteful art hotel comprises 8 rooms and a suite furnished as habitable works of art that are created and recreated every two years. One part of the gallery hotel displays furniture by the Swiss designer Kurt Thut; the other furniture from the Italian designers Vico Magistretti and Achille Castiglioni. Vernissages held in the gallery further support this wayward concept.
