Description

Our chef Willi Ammann creates new magical delicacies for our table every day. His traditional cookery with a modern twist is combined with re-interpreted classics. Be ready to be surprised.

Enjoy a tartare just to your liking, freshly prepared for you at the table. Every Monday we serve up a fiery dinner: in other words, we flambé something from the gourmet menu for you at the table.

The focus is always on the highest quality produce, which are purchased seasonally and regionally according to the criteria of Culinarium.

Escape from ordinary, everyday life. Treat yourself to some time out. On cold evenings, we can serve you by a warming fire in the Ritterstube dining room, or next to the cosy tiled oven in the Rösslistube dining room.
