As the name denotes: the Berghotel Trübsee, close to the lake and surrounded by the mountains, lies halfway between Engelberg and the Titlis top station - and is accessible only by gondola. Here, beautiful round walks and playgrounds by the lake attract guests in summer, and diverse ski runs in winter. And as evening falls and the last gondola returns down the mountain, the blissful silence and starry heavens belong exclusively to hotel guests!
