During your visit you can learn all about the production process of our famous Ueli Bier and the history of our brewery, founded around 40 years ago. After your tour you will have the opportunity to enjoy a meal or snack in one of our two restaurants, either in the Antoniterkeller beer cellar or in our beer garden and indulge in a glass or two of our beer made here on the premises. Participants will can taste four of our chocolates, which three were award and drink a hot or cold beverage of their choice. The history of the chocolate factory and its chocolates will be explained to them by a passionate guide.

After a guided tour, the visitors have the opportunity to share a nice moment together with a glass of the "Clos de Chillon" wine.

The “Sennaria” on the road to the Lukmanier Pass is a modern and unconventional establishment. Besides classic Graubünden organic mountain cheese and specialities made from sheep's and goat's milk, it even produces flower cheese.

After a snack of down-to-earth fare, Franz Toni initiates his Rigi guests into the secrets of cheesemaking. Participants get to make authentic Rigi alpine cheese under expert guidance. In the evening, the guests enjoy a rustic alpine barbecue near the mountain hut. The next morning, the enterprising spirits wake to a generous alpine breakfast.

Everyone can drink, but not everyone can brew. Except in Switzerland’s smallest brewery, the Hof Hopfentropfen, where visitors can attend a brewing seminar or a demonstration brewing and there help with the production of the brewery’s own special beer.

The cheese secrets are given from generation to generation - and the fresh herbs are an important ingredient to a good cheese.

Domaine Bertholet has belonged to a family of winegrowers and winemakers for four generations. We create our wines using (environmentally friendly) integrated production methods on grapes from a little over three hectares of traditionally grown vines. Our wines are guaranteed free of mixes or chips.

The Alpine and traditional cheese dairy of Tannenboden was built at the turn of the century. Through a large glass pane in the cozy restaurant you can watch how cheese is made. Fine fresh dairy products such as Alpine cheese, yoghurt, butter, milk and Camenbert cheese are sold here.

Mt. Moléson, a prominent hiking destination, dominates the Freiburg Pre-Alps. The cheese is produced the old-fashioned way, over a wood fire, in the Alpine cheese dairy in Moléson. A thematic hiking trail leads from Alp to Alp.
