Intro
FeldTavolata is an event that can take place seasonally at the asparagus farm in Rafz and the Juckerhof in Seegräben. The focus is on experiencing agriculture, out in the field, in the fresh air. With seasonal dishes, preferably with local produce, homemade and above all of the finest quality.
At FeldTavolata, you and your team, your clients or partners eat outside at a long table. We eat homemade specialities with ingredients that we grow ourselves in our fields. And not in any old way, but by using regenerative farming practices. More information
The event also includes a guided tour of the fields. This way you and your guests will learn where your food comes from and how to practice truly sustainable agriculture. Food and drink are regional and seasonal, travelling short distances, while the raw ingredients are grown sustainably.General information
