Visit the fascinating oasis in the middle of the city and learn all about natural vertical farming.
In the middle of Zurich, the start-up UMAMI grows herbs and vegetables, following nature's example. The biodiversity and the natural balance of the ecosystem ensure that no artificial fertilisers or pesticides are needed.
During the Umami Experience, groups of eight or more can experience this magical urban oasis with all their senses, learn about the background & philosophy of UMAMI and taste the products during an entertaining «Tasting Game». On request, there is an aperitif with fresh, high-quality UMAMI produce.
