The tradition-steeped hotel, The Dolder Grand, lies on the idyllic Zürichberg, offering a magnificent view out over the city, Lake Zurich, and the Alps. Awaiting hungry guests in the Saltz restaurant (15 Gault-Millau points) is a modern kitchen serving a wide selection of choice wines. Lovers of fine dining, meanwhile, are treated to culinary masterpieces at The Restaurant (2 Michelin stars, 19 Gault-Millau points), with its exquisite, innovative gourmet cuisine. At the Restaurant MIKURIYA (16 Gault-Millau points), the guests enjoy a unique Omakase experience.
The culinary offering is complemented by the garden restaurant, “blooms”, which has been awarded 14 Gault Millau points.
Guests can reach the city center quickly and easily: with the free shuttle service, the nearby Dolderbahn funicular, or the limousine service, which can be ordered on request.
