The pros at the Hiltl Academy show you the many ways in which tofu, seitan, planted. and other meat alternatives can be used. Learn which cooking methods work best for which alternative as well as what’s new on the market.
Nutritionists and climate experts are warning against the consequences of the current high levels of meat consumption. Our guests are becoming more and more open to meat alternatives. These can offer many health benefits, are usually much more sustainable than conventional meat, and the range of options is constantly expanding. All dishes are cooked and tasted together, and we will discuss the ways you can recreate them at home as part of the course.
Course content:
- Aperitif and introduction to the menu
- Participants split into teams, and each team cooks one dish
- Eating together
- Recipes sent out by e-mail in PDF format
