Hotel Crystal is 100% CO2-free. There are solar panels on the roof, which on very sunny days almost completely cover the hotel’s energy needs. The photovoltaic plant at the Hotel Crystal generates around 10% of the hotel’s annual energy requirement. The remaining power is generated from hydroelectric technology. The hotel rooms and hot water are heated from the groundwater using a geothermal pump. You’ll find more examples hereHint
