Intro
A night-time visit to Alp host and cheesemaker François Liaudat is an experience. So is the journey there and back.
In winter, when the moon is glowing, François Liaudat opens the alpine hut above Les Paccots for his guests, who made their way to him in snowshoes. Here in the cold, the blocks of his homemade cheese mature perfectly. But it warms the hearts of guests, who listen to François‘ secrets of cheese-making while enjoying delicious cheese dishes. And then get from the host, as well as the amazing impressions, a sledge for the way home (for rent on site).

Fondue, macaroni, toasted cheese, cold meat platter, house-style röstis (fried grated potato) and ham. Desserts: ice creams, meringues, homemade tarts.Specialities
Refreshment room open every weekend from middle of December onwards, as well as in the moonlight, or by booking (minimum 15 people). Pathways cleared for snow shoeing. You have the option to descend either by toboggan or bobsled; a fun experience in the snow!Contact:
