From Wimmis to the Lenk. The cows of the Simmental Valley are world-famous. Mountain farming brought early riches to the valley. Simmental's farm houses bear witness to this wealth.

Along the Simmental House Trail, there are many magnificent buildings with impressive facade-paintings. The Simmental House Trail is best explored on foot, on asphalted lanes with very little traffic, or natural paths, always well sign-posted with tan-colored signs. More information.
