Description
The Bläsihof offers its guests a wide selection of traditional dishes and drinks. It is particularly well known for its Chnoblibrot garlic bread, which is freshly baked daily according to an old family recipe. This tastes great with anything from a grilled bratwurst sausage to a fillet of beef wrapped in ham or a chicken breast cordon bleu. The wine menu is also a sight to behold, As well as some great house wines from various regions, the almost-200-year-old cellars also have some rather special labels that you won’t find in many places. The Bläsihof used to be a working farm in the typical Zürcherhaus style. The original walls are around two hundred years old and have been judiciously renovated over the years in order to preserve the character of the building. The erstwhile farmstead was transformed into a restaurant in 1968.
