Introducción
Anyone who has ever wanted to try their hand at sausage making will not be disappointed.
The homemade sausage is the undisputable highlight of the three-course meal that will be prepared together. A good atmosphere is as essential to cooking as the food, so guests will be able to tap their very own beer barrel. It almost goes without saying that in this culinary circle, the meal will be accompanied by delicious wines. Work done for the day, the chefs will prepare a pudding or cheese plate as the fourth course, before rounding off the evening with coffee.
Finally, everyone will be able to take two homemade sausages away with them.
