Take in the sunrise at 2,400 metres up with a herbal tea and a slice of toast and honey. Heidi will share her rejuvenating cocktail recipe with you. You’ll definitely be left full of energy for the day ahead! As nature awakens from its slumber, take to the Alpine foothills at dawn, with your way lit up by your headlamp. You’ll feel your body awaken in the fresh morning air while you climb up the sloping hiking trail. Once you reach the summit, a mesmerising panoramic view of the Alps awaits you, with its peaks bathed in the day’s first pink rays of sunshine. The views down over the plains and the peaceful surroundings are sure to leave a lasting impression. Never will a breakfast have ever been as memorable as this! While hiking back, you’ll visit waterfalls and pastures, and there will also be opportunities for nature watching. 5 hours (including an ascent taking 1 hour, 45 minutes) Easy paths, although these get slightly steep during the final few metres of the ascent Crans-Montana Region What makes it sustainable: We hike around the alpine pastures (with no vehicles involved), observe nature and enjoy a breakfast made from local produce. Discover the simple pleasures of life, without any gimmicks.
