Towards the end of the summer, we are inundated with fresh vegetables and fruits – but how can they be preserved to last longer? Bottling, preserving or dehydrating: In this course you will not only be introduced to different methods of preserving, you will also get to roll up your sleeves and preserve fresh ingredients yourself. By the way, you may also bring along harvested treasures from your own garden.
