Guided tours through the worlds of the Tropenhaus Frutigen
The Tropenhaus guided tour leads through the exhibition, the world of the sturgeon, its characteristics and way of life and how caviar is produced. Afterwards you step into the greenhouses with the tropical plants and through the orchid garden and learn everything about the unknown plants behind the widely known exotic fruits.

During the two expert tours, our professionals take you behind the scenes: You get an exclusive, not everyday insight into their work and first-hand background information and insider knowledge.

Self-made, self-tested - stimulating ExperienceGuided Tours
In contrast to the guided tours, the ExperienceGuided Tours and Workshops encourage visitors to get involved: After an introduction to the tropical house themes and under expert guidance, participants put together their own exotic tea blend, mix their own spiced salt with tropical ingredients or roast their own house coffee. Or they taste the products of the Tropenhaus Frutigen, tropical fruits or sturgeon and caviar, and recognize the finest nuances of taste. The range of workshops is broad and caters to a wide variety of preferences.
