Montreux even received the prestigious “European Energy Award Gold” in 2020.The Lausanne Montreux Congress cooperation chose the Global Destinations Sustainability index programme (GDS index for short) as their sustainability strategy. This is the first programme for benchmarking and improving sustainability for the world’s congress and event destinations.
