His mobile dairy is able to get to virtually any romantic spot you can think of - a lake, a clearing in the forest or the guests’ home or business. After it has aged, the cheese they made is sent to the guests or they can choose to enjoy it in the form of an outdoor fondue at a pleasant get-together. Ideal for schools, companies and clubs, or for a family celebration.
