Opened in December 2013, Hotel AlpenGold quickly became an icon thanks to its organic design concept inspired by a pine cone from the nearby forest. Located at an altitude of 1,600 meters above sea level and on the heights of Lake Davos, the house at the entrance of the Flüela Valley offers a variety of activities. La Muña's Nikkei cuisine tickles the taste buds: sweet or sour, raw or marinated, combinations of gentle crunchiness and subtle acidity - simply irresistible!
SAPORI: The space, the view of the mountain peaks, the natural light that dims at nightfall, the noble materials in restrained colours and the beautiful curve of the dining room create an ambience that testifies to elegance and simplicity. The Ristorante Sapori with its open show kitchen offers guests the opportunity to observe the daily hustle and bustle of the brigade while enjoying Italian cuisine at its finest.
ATELIER VERT: Creativity, sustainability and a portion of show: At Atelier VERT, AlpenGold chef Manuel Zünd and his team celebrate local vegetarian cuisine. The ingredients come from the hotel's own garden or from producers in Graubünden. Whether organic barley, organic honey, mountain hemp, mountain beans or potatoes; on the menu, regional ingredients can be rediscovered.
