Intro

슐로스 발테크는 1557년 콘스탄스 호수(Lake Constance) 남쪽 해안이 내려다보이는 곳에 지어진 호텔이다. 1960년경, 지타 황후(Empress Zita)의 과거 은신처였던 곳으로 이곳에 머물면 마치 잠자는 숙소의 공주처럼 깊은 잠에 빠지게 될지도 모른다. 1994년에는 여성스러운 호텔에 걸 맞는 세심한 리노베이션이 진행되기도 했다. 오랜 역사의 농장 정원에서 유래된 식물이 대부분인 유용한 식물들(스위스 생물 다양성 보호 조직(ProSpecieRara))을 만나볼 수 있는 캐슬 정원에서는 계절별로 여러 종류가 어우러진 신선한 향기를 만끽할 수 있다.

Schloss Wartegg, a castle which has been restored according to modern ecological building standards, looks back on an eventful 450-year history. The castle is located in a park of national importance. The restaurant offers exquisite, seasonal "slow food" dishes with many fresh products from the castle’s own organic garden. The various rooms and large park provide the perfect setting for successful seminars, workshops and events.
