1912년에 문을 연 명성 있는 그랜드 호텔로서, 아직까지 최초 설립했던 가문에서 소유하고 있어 지난 20년 동안 한결 같은 경영을 해오고 있다. 호텔은 웅장한 경치를 지닌 공원 같은 부지 위에 자리잡고 있으며, 객실과 스위트룸은 전체적인 리노베이션을 마쳤다. 2개의 레스토랑과 2개의 바와 더불어 3개의 마운틴 레스토랑이 있어 취향에 맞게 골라서 이용할 수 있다. 이 밖에도 웰빙 시설, 지역에서 가장 대규모인 실내 풀장, 아이스 링크, 테니스 코트, 골프 연습장 등의 시설을 갖추고 있다. 생 모리츠(St. Moritz) 중심지까지 호텔의 셔틀 버스가 운행된다.

스위스의 전설적인 호텔 수브레타 하우스는 엥가딘 산악지대에서 생겨났다. 동화 속 한 장면처럼 인상적인 탑과 벨에포크 스타일의 외관이 거친 산악 풍경을 뒤로하고 우뚝 서 있다. 양지바른 수브레타-코르비글리아(Suvretta-Corviglia) 스키 및 하이킹 지역의 자연공원에 위치해 있으며, 생모리츠에서 2km 거리다. 스키-인 스키-아웃 호텔, 171개의 객실과 10개의 넓은 스위트룸, 1,700m2의 웰니스 및 스파 구역은 휴식과 치유의 산속 오아시스다. 그랜드 레스토랑(The Grand Restaurant)은 15 고미요 포인트를 획득했으며, 셰프 파브리치오 자네티(Fabrizio Zanetti)가 신선한 프랑스 요리를 내놓는다. 아늑한 수브레타 스투베(Suvretta Stube)에서는 스위스 고유의 음식을 맛볼 수 있다. 근처의 레스토랑 샤셀라(Chasella)와 산장 레스토랑 트루츠(Trutz) 또한 수브레타 하우스 소유다. 코르빌리아(Corviglia) 스키 및 하이킹 지역과 인접한 아름다운 주변환경을 자랑한다. 호텔에는 성인과 어린이를 위한 스키 스쿨이 있을 뿐 아니라, 자체 스키 리프트 및 호텔 옆에 있는 연습용 슬로프도 이용할 수 있다. 어린이들을 위한 유치원 및 테디 클럽(Teddy Club) 키즈 레스토랑, 350명까지 수용할 수 있는 최신 설비의 회의실, 연회실 등의 시설도 편의를 더해준다. 수브레타 전통에 따라 저녁시간 그랑 에따주(Grand Etage)를 이용할 때 남자들은 어두운 색의 수트와 타이를 착용해야 한다.
