Inleiding
Discover the regional culinary traditions by taking a cooking class in a small group. Experience creating a ticinese meal with local ingredients in the original setting of a typical rustic home and enjoy it on the terrace with view on the lake Maggiore or in the vaulted wine cellar.
Through this unique experience the participant will gain a true insight on the local culinary traditions. The classes takes place in the authentic setting of a rustico, the original house of Ticino, where the group will learn how to cook a traditional meal based on recipes passed down through generations. There are several choices of classes that can even be customized and personalized (for example teambuilding). The duration and price of the class depends on the option chosen. A seminar on wines from Ticino can also be added to the cooking class or booked separately. No prior experience in cooking is required. The class will take place in all weather conditions.
