Opened in December 2013, Hotel AlpenGold quickly became an icon thanks to its organic design concept inspired by a pine cone from the nearby forest. The ingredients come from the hotel's own garden or from producers in Graubünden. Whether organic barley, organic honey, mountain hemp, mountain beans or potatoes; on the menu, regional ingredients can be rediscovered.
