The Werkstatt is part of the programme; at the same time a restaurant and a workshop for pleasure are combined. But not only professionals pursue their vocation. Discoverers can indulge in the art of cooking or try their hand at mixing at the bar. Connoisseurs can look forward to the dishes from the open kitchen and the cocktails of the professional barkeepers. Only that which gives pleasure is put on the table. Freshly prepared, creatively interpreted and presented in a different way - that is the signature. Whether brunch, lunch or dinner, a visit to the kitchen is part of the experience. At the bar, the high art of beverage knowledge is celebrated: mixed cocktails, coffee from the barista and wine recommendations. Whether business or private occasion, event or supporting programme, food or drink - in the Restaurant Zur Werkstatt everything has room, up to 100 people.

Wedding

A wedding in the middle of the Werkstatt is perfect for large groups. The party starts with an aperitif cocktail followed by freshly prepared, creatively designed menus. For cheese and dessert, it is then worth visiting the kitchen workshop, where the sweet and savoury conclusion is ready.

Beschrijving

We zetten alleen op tafel wat we zelf lekker vinden. Vers bereid, creatief geïnterpreteerd en anders gepresenteerd, dat is onze signatuur. Of het nu gaat om een brunch, lunch of diner, een bezoek aan de keuken maakt deel uit van de ervaring. Aan de bar vieren we de kunst van het drinken met het mixen van cocktails, koffie van de barista en wijnaanbevelingen.
