Inleiding

The Swiss parks organise regular volunteering outings with companies that wish to do something for the environment with their employees. Fresh air is good for everyone – the company recovers motivated and enthusiastic co-workers that get together for a good cause, laugh, enjoy themselves and, at night, will fall straight asleep with a clear conscience.

The Nature Park Jura vaudois extends from the summit of La Dôle to the medieval monastic town of Romainmôtier. To the north lies the Vallée de Joux at an altitude of 1,000m. Visitor programmes are offered by the park office and local tourism organisations.

The volunteering days
The volunteer fieldwork takes place in beautiful natural and cultural landscapes and fulfils the Swiss parks’ high sustainability quality standards. During their volunteering day, your co-workers will accomplish important work to protect the nature and will at the same time make the most of this valuable contribution to teambuilding. They’ll discover the park, talk and exchange with the local population and will taste delicious regional specialities. Expert supervisors ensure the team’s safety and do their best to make the day interesting and informative by teaching the team new skills and knowledge about living habitats, animals and plants.
