Inleiding

Aan de voet van de Voor-Alpen, prachtig gelegen in het middeleeuwse stadje Greyerz, staat dit sfeervolle landhotel met uitzicht over de stad, het kasteel en de berg Moléson. Dit voormalige rusthuis uit de jaren 50 behield zijn idyllische ligging. De kamers zijn landelijk en romantisch ingericht, vele met balkon. Helemaal nieuw is de wellness- en fitnessinrichting in het hotel. Bij het hotel horen drie restaurants van de groep Chalet des Gruyères.

Seminarhotel

Dit hotelcomplex met zijn fabelachtige ligging bekoort door de landelijke charme. Zonnige lounge-terras voor Meetings out in the Green. De aanwezige seminarruimten werden recentelijk met twee nieuwe uitgebreid, ook met een 200 m2 grote galazaal voor maximaal 150 personen in de separate Hostellerie St. Georges. Verfijnde menukaart. Diverse excursies naar de kaasmakerij, het chocolademuseum, het kasteel, enz.
