At the Gleistribüne in Zurich, the Restaurant Zur Werkstatt combines enjoyment, experience and the cheese-making trade. But not only professionals pursue their vocation. Discoverers can indulge in the art of cooking or try their hand at mixing at the bar. Connoisseurs can look forward to the dishes from the open kitchen and the cheese dairy as well as the cocktails of the professional barkeepers. Only that which gives pleasure is put on the table. Freshly prepared, creatively interpreted and presented in a different way, that is the signature. Whether brunch, lunch or dinner, a visit to the kitchen is a must. At the bar, the high art of beverage knowledge is celebrated: mixed cocktails, coffee from the barista and wine recommendations. Whether business or private occasion, event or supporting programme, food or drink - in the Restaurant Zur Werkstatt everything has room, up to 100 people.

Wedding

Holding a wedding celebration in the Werkstatt is the perfect solution when catering for large groups. The party kicks off with an aperitif cocktail, followed by freshly prepared, creatively designed menus. For cheese and dessert, pay a visit to the kitchen workshop, where the sweet and savoury final courses await.

Beschrijving

Stadtkäserei in Zürich heeft niet alleen een uitzonderlijke productielocatie - direct aan perron 18 van het centraal station - maar het team is ook niet bang om te experimenteren en nieuwe dingen uit te proberen. Hier wordt traditioneel kaasmakersambacht gecombineerd met stedelijke creativiteit, en dat alles midden in een restaurant.
