In addition to its 17 unique rooms, the Château Salavaux has a restaurant serving seasonal cuisine, an impressive wine cellar with its own dining room, and a banquet hall ideal for corporate seminars or wedding receptions. Since May 2021, the Château Salavaux has been in the care of a young couple, Neïla and Flavio Benedetto, who, together with their team, are breathing new life into this magnificent establishment.
