Opened in December 2013, Hotel AlpenGold quickly became an icon thanks to its organic design concept inspired by a pine cone from the nearby forest. ATELIER VERT: Creativity, sustainability and a portion of show: At Atelier VERT, AlpenGold chef Manuel Zünd and his team celebrate local vegetarian cuisine. The ingredients come from the hotel's own garden or from producers in Graubünden. Whether organic barley, organic honey, mountain hemp, mountain beans or potatoes; on the menu, regional ingredients can be rediscovered.
