Our busy hands in the kitchen use seasonal products. We source our meat from the Hegglin village butcher's shop in Menzingen, which supplies us exclusively with Swiss meat from the region. The trout comes from our own farm.

With good taste we want to delight you, so our dishes are regularly adapted to the seasonal and regional offers.

For gourmets and connoisseurs we offer Emmentaler and Truber specialities, rustic and traditional dishes from the kitchen and cellar for every budget.

Private parties, business meetings or social gatherings

With us, the boss is still personally in the kitchen and is concerned for your physical well-being. We obtain the food - as far as possible - from suppliers in the region.
